Requirements
- Academic degree in economic or similar field of studies
- 10+ years of sales experience in account management and enterprise IT solutions
- Direct and channel expertise combined with a consultative, customer-first mindset
- Strong business acumen and ability to engage with senior executives
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
- Deep understanding of IT trends and digital transformation
- Broad understanding of the HPE Networking solution portfolio
- Ability to coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders on multiple levels to drive pipeline and sales
- Expertise in managing end- to-end sales processes in complex, multinational conglomerate environments
- Business fluency in German and English language
