Role Overview
The Marketing Automation Platform Administrator is responsible for the administration, stability, security, and ongoing enhancement of the Marketo platform and its supporting ecosystem. This role partners closely with other platform administrators and development teams to ensure integrations, automation, data, and privacy capabilities operate reliably and in alignment with enterprise standards.
What You Will Do
Administer and support the Marketo platform to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability. Monitor system processing, uptime, and backend errors; troubleshoot and resolve platform issues. Develop, maintain, and test automated workflows and business user tools within Marketo.
