The Services Sales Manager leads a high-performing services sales organisation focused on driving Installed Base renewals, growing new operational services business, and delivering outstanding customer outcomes and long-term partner success. The role is highly partner-oriented and requires strategic leadership, hands-on customer and partner engagement, and sustained customer value.
Requirements
- University or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 8-10+ years’ experience in sales, including success in achieving progressively higher quota and other sales goals.
- 6+ years of Team Leadership – leading, coaching and mentoring a high-performing team
- Large and complex deal management experience is a must
- Experience mentoring other sales professionals and other employees.
