Sr. Director, Product Management (Marketing OS & Lead Generation Suite)

HighLevel is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing OS & Lead Generation Suite to own and scale one of the most critical product pillars. This leader will define the vision, strategy, and execution across our end-to-end lead generation and marketing operating system.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, growth, or marketing technology
• Proven track record leading large, complex product portfolios or platforms
• Deep expertise in lead generation, digital marketing, and conversion systems
• Strong understanding of SMB and agency needs (preferred)
• Experience integrating or building AI-driven product experiences
• Demonstrated ability to lead senior ICs and managers across multiple teams
• Highly data-driven with strong business and monetization acumen
