Senior Manager – Email Marketing

We are looking for a talented email marketing Manager to administer our email marketing program.  You will be responsible for creating the original script and go through the database. You will be responsible for selection of the contents for circulation so as to get the higher  responses.

You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. As a Email marketer, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social  media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our  company’s views creatively.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle our email marketing programs to drive awareness and  engagement across the Target account List (TAM).

Responsibilities

– To lead a team of 5 or more analysts/ Sr. Analysts.

– Develop and implement marketing campaigns to improve awareness and drive traffic. – Help implement the marketing plan and identify best opportunities for lead generation. – Ensure marketing activities are consistent with company brand and aligned with business  development efforts.

– Determine the best layouts to generate most opens and clicks in the inbox. Serve as a guide to  internal stakeholders to ensure campaign success.

– Share strategies to increase opt-in (decrease opt-out), attain high deliverability, and how to design  an effective e-mail message or campaign incorporating the brand and ongoing online marketing  strategy.

– Encourage adoption of e-mail tactics such as personalization, dynamic content, tracking, targeting  and assist in creating more complicated email campaigns as needed.

– Measure the results of all campaign activity and ensure suitable controls are in place. Analyzes  data and statistics which monitor and measure the performance of digital traffic and activities to  support marketing and campaign optimization, lead generation, product teams for continuous  improvements to product and data driven decision making.

– Work in partnership with the rest of the marketing team to develop and implement life cycle  campaigns, including campaign planning and design, targeting criteria selection, list management,  campaign health monitoring and post campaign analysis.

  • Preparing visually impressive and appealing mailers and digital campaigns
  • Developing and executing email campaigns in the B2B space for account based marketing, lead generation, lead nurturing and demand creation programs
  • Analyzing campaign performance to suggest improvements and optimize future campaigns • Executing one-touch campaigns on customized prospects
  • Implementing re-engagement and lead nurture campaigns to drive conversions • Drafting creative email content for high target prospects
  • Managing data segmentation/customization for targeted and personalized campaigns • Maintaining all data and update management systems for various campaigns
  • IP/ Domain reputation management
  • Unsubscribes / Opt-out management

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree
  • Should have outstanding communication, presentation skills.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in Email Marketing. Preferably from in B2B company
  • Experience in content creation in Canva & other tools is desirable. • Knowledge of email marketing platforms (like HubSpot, Pardot, and other spaces.)
