Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related GTM Ops roles.
- 5+ years in people management preferred.
- Proven track record of supporting enterprise sales motions.
- Deep expertise in sales planning (capacity modeling, territory design, quota setting).
- Equally strong as a strategic thinker and a hands-on builder.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.
