This role involves supporting sales leaders, driving sales planning, forecasting, and data management, and collaborating cross-functionally with teams to optimize GTM performance. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related GTM Ops roles.
  • 5+ years in people management preferred.
  • Proven track record of supporting enterprise sales motions.
  • Deep expertise in sales planning (capacity modeling, territory design, quota setting).
  • Equally strong as a strategic thinker and a hands-on builder.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.
