Role Overview
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive outbound pipeline for a GTM content studio working with B2B companies. This is a high-activity outbound role that requires comfort with picking up the phone, running structured outbound campaigns, and using AI to work smarter.
What You Will Do
You will own outbound prospecting and cold calling, qualify leads, and book meetings for the sales team, using AI tools to research accounts and personalize outreach at scale.

Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound cold calling with a track record of booking meetings or closing pipeline
- Sales background with a clear understanding of outbound sales processes and objection handling
- Experience working with CRM platforms to manage leads and track activity
- Comfortable using AI tools to support research, personalization, and outreach efficiency
- Experience building and running outbound campaigns independently
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Self-directed and resilient with the ability to maintain consistent outbound activity without losing motivation
