Join Valpak & Clipp as a Clipp 2.0 Market Sales Lead, where you’ll help oversee market performance, support sales initiatives, and continue growing Clipp revenue through integrated digital and direct mail marketing solutions. Clipp 2.0 can include both Clipp Magazine and the Valpak blue envelope, depending on market offerings.
This role blends leadership influence and personal production, ideal for someone ready to help lead a market, maintain a book of business, and ensure continued growth and momentum.
What You’ll Do
Lead & Support the Clipp 2.0 Product Market
- Help drive overall market performance and revenue growth for Clipp
- Serve as the local point of leadership when corporate leadership is not on-site
- Support execution of company initiatives and Clipp sales objectives
- Maintain strong communication between the local market and corporate teams
Coach & Influence Sales Performance
- Provide mentorship and support to sales representatives selling the Clipp product
- Assist with strategy development for key accounts and prospecting efforts
- Help reinforce daily and weekly activity standards to drive consistency
- Contribute to a high-performance, collaborative culture
Maintain & Grow Your Book of Business
- Manage existing portfolio of clients and grow Clipp sales within the market
- Serve as a trusted marketing advisor to key clients
- Lead by example in consultative selling and retention
Drive Clipp 2.0 Marketing Solutions
- Support campaigns integrating the key aspects of Clipp- social, digital advertising, advanced audience targeting, and precision direct mail
- Utilize analytics and reporting tools to ensure measurable ROI
