Requirements
- 2–5 years in Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or HubSpot Admin (SaaS/B2B preferred).
- Proven HubSpot expertise – workflows, automation, lead scoring, reporting.
- Strong grasp of sales pipelines, lifecycle stages, and customer journeys.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for process improvement.
- Comfortable integrating HubSpot with other tools.
- A proactive, resourceful, startup mindset.
