Overview
We are seeking a Senior Manager, GTM Operations, to lead sales and account management operational excellence while driving large-scale, transformational initiatives that enable scalable growth across our go-to-market (GTM) teams. This individual will partner closely with leaders in Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Product and Finance to deliver high-impact projects that optimize revenue performance, streamline operations, and align GTM strategy with execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross functional alignment by driving the adoption of processes, tools, and systems that ensure seamless integration across Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Product, and Finance.
- Identify operational gaps and risks across GTM functions, implementing proactive, scalable solutions that accelerate execution and improve business outcomes.
- Spearhead enterprise wide GTM process optimization initiatives, leveraging data driven insights to improve scalability, operational efficiency, and revenue performance.
- Equip GTM teams with best in class tools, resources, and actionable data to foster a culture of operational excellence and high performance.
- Lead the development and ongoing enhancement of GTM playbooks and quick reference guides, institutionalizing best practices to improve onboarding, consistency, and productivity across all GTM functions.
- Direct and support critical GTM initiatives, including territory design, pipeline management, and advanced forecasting, to ensure data integrity, predictability, and strategic alignment.
- Design and implement operating rhythms for GTM teams, including QBRs, reference programs, and risk management processes, enabling consistent execution and continuous improvement.
- Drive GTM readiness for product launches and process improvements by collaborating cross functionally to ensure comprehensive enablement, smooth onboarding, and sustained development of GTM teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or client delivery leadership.
- 5+ years of experience in sales or client-facing roles with increasing responsibility.
- Proven success managing large-scale projects in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical skills and fluency in CRM and reporting tools.
- Deep understanding of forecasting, incentive compensation, and performance analytics.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute effectively.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
