The Enterprise Account Manager at Hitachi, Ltd. is responsible for developing and nurturing long-term relationships with key Government clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction through the strategic sale of Hitachi’s diverse portfolio of solutions and services.
Requirements
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and strategic objectives within assigned Central Government accounts.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities, understanding client needs, challenges, and strategic priorities.
- Present and articulate the value proposition of Hitachi’s products, solutions, and services, including IT infrastructure, industrial solutions, energy systems, and digital transformation technologies, to C-level executives and key stakeholders in government.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including pre-sales engineers, solution architects, product specialists, and professional services, to develop tailored solutions and proposals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted advisor relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and regular reporting on account status and sales performance.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and effective issue resolution.
