WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As an Account Manager at HiveWatch, you’ll play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our valued clients. You will be responsible for customer success, platform adoption, and opportunities to expand our presence within existing accounts. It will be critical that you understand our customers’ unique needs, providing exceptional support, and ultimately, contributing to their overall satisfaction and loyalty. This role reports directly to our Head of Customer Success and Account Management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers. Understand their unique challenges, priorities, and strategic objectives to deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with customers to align our platform with their security operations, ensuring they receive maximum value. Proactively identify potential issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Become an expert in our SaaS platform and its features. Educate clients on best practices, new functionalities, and relevant updates to enhance their security operations.
- Drive Account Growth and Expansion
- Gather feedback, relay feature requests, and advocate for product improvements to meet customer needs effectively.
- Manage the renewal process for your assigned accounts.
- Utilize data and analytics to track customer engagement, identify trends, and present actionable insights to management for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer support, and product development, to address customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Assist with building the scalable strategy, framework, and processes to effectively accomplish organizational goals for us and our customers
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven success in a sales within B2B SaaS
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage with various customer levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address customer pain points and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using Salesforce to manage and track customer interactions is required. Experience with customer success software (e.g. Gainsight or Catalyst) is preferred. Experience with SalesLoft is a bonus.
ADDITIONAL INFO:
- Base salary range for this position is $95,000 – $115,000 USD per year
- Eligible to participate in HiveWatch Equity Incentive Plan
*Final offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of relevant experience and expertise, location, and other business considerations.
