Sales Manager, Business Development

We are seeking a Sales Manager, Business Development to lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets across new and developing agent partners. The role involves formulating individual annual business plans, managing strategic accounts, and providing coaching and support to the team. The ideal candidate will have proven management and leadership experience, a strong relationship management capability, and experience operating effectively in an autonomous role.

Requirements

  • Proven management and leadership experience within a sales or commercial environment
  • Demonstrable track record of identifying and delivering growth opportunities, driving incremental sales and distribution while maintaining brand integrity
  • Strong relationship management capability, including account development, negotiation, and influencing at senior levels
  • Experience operating effectively in an autonomous role, delivering against clear KPIs
  • Ability to develop, document, and present strategic plans, including annual strategies and business cases
  • Proven experience managing third party and partner relationships at a senior level
  • Strong commercial acumen and business awareness
  • High level of proficiency in IT applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Holds a valid UK driving license
