District Sales Manager responsible for strategic planning and implementation, market analysis, and sales management. Promotes business strategies, manages regional sales expenses, and leads the sales team.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and organization skills
  • Strong Marketing knowledge and Finance Acumen
  • Good interpersonal skill and solid leadership foundation
  • Ability to coach the team to sell in a consultative manner
  • Strong persuasiveness and influence skills
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex scientific literature and use extensive and complex clinical data
  • Familiarity with clinical and economic outcome data, reimbursement, and managed care policies and procedures
  • Strong ability of developing new account
  • Strong ability of distributor development and management
  • Collect marketing information and make analysis, make and develop regional sales strategy
  • Direct staffing, training, coaching, performance evaluation, and career development planning for the sales team
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Bachelor or above of Medical Science
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience and team management experience
  • Medical background/sales experience, gynecology knowledge desirable
  • Outstanding performance and abundant experiences of key account management for industry clients in large healthcare companies preferred
  • Business-to-business experience highly desirable
  • Familiar with the procedures of the Department of gynecology or pathology
  • Proven experience managing KOL/government relations
