Financial Analyst, Global Services

Financial Analyst 2 – Global Services FP&A: Provide critical financial analysis and insights related to Global Service costs to help drive business decisions and results. Serve as a key finance partner to the Global Services Supply Chain team with primary responsibility for Service COGS and related operating expenses. Join a team of highly engaged and passionate individuals supporting Global Services across all divisions of Hologic.

Requirements

• Serve as a key finance partner to the Global Services Supply Chain team
• Provide critical financial analysis and insights related to Global Service costs
• Perform warranty and service cost analysis (labor, parts, logistics) to support accrual methodologies
• Support E&O and service inventory analysis
• Identify savings opportunities and build ROI / business cases for cost-efficiency, productivity, and spend-optimization projects
• Conduct vendor analysis to evaluate cost, performance, pricing, and rebates
• Develop and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and financial models
• Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Operations Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, and Service leadership
• Provide ad hoc financial and cost analysis as needed to support business decisions
