Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B outbound marketing
- 1+ year in a management role in high-growth or SaaS companies
- Experienced people manager with a track record of leading both direct and indirect reports
- Expertise in automation-driven outbound campaigns, especially LinkedIn outreach
- Skills in GTM strategy, reporting, and optimization
- Passion for outbound marketing
- Experience in the Home Improvement Industry (preferred)
