Requirements
- Represent and manage operations and sales for real estate branch offices
- Recruit, select, train, motivate, coach and retain sales associates
- Develop, recommend, and implement programs and long-range objectives to achieve profitability
- Manage employee safety, selection and development, employee counseling and motivation, and salary administration
