We are seeking a high-impact, results-driven Field & Channel Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing execution across Northern Europe, covering UKI, Nordics and Benelux. This is a highly visible manager-level role designed to accelerate pipeline growth through a balanced mix of field marketing, channel partner marketing, demand generation, executive engagement, and regional go-to-market execution.
Requirements
- 6+ years in B2B technology marketing, ideally within Cybersecurity
- Strong experience across field marketing + channel/partner marketing + demand generation
- Proven success supporting revenue teams and delivering measurable pipeline growth
- Experience working with indirect routes to market including VARs, distributors, alliances, and service providers
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to prioritise investment by market opportunity
- Comfortable operating in matrixed, fast-growth environments
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in using technologies such as SDFC, Asana, Reachdesk, G-Suite, Zoom Info, ON24
