- Design, manage, and execute user acquisition campaigns across paid media channels (Meta, Google, programmatic, classifieds, display, etc.)
- Own and lead the user acquisition performance marketing plan for HornetX in Germany — our boldest product bet for 2025, focused on the thirst-oriented segment
- Monitor performance and continuously optimize campaigns through data-driven experimentation, A/B testing, and iteration
- Collaborate with creative teams to guide full-cycle ad production, providing insights to inform content direction
- Ensure accurate tracking, robust reporting, and contribute to campaign automation and scaling
What we are looking for:
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience executing performance campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, programmatic platforms, affiliate networks, and SEO
- Strong analytical mindset — confident with data analysis and automating reports (Excel, Sheets, dashboards, etc.)
- Native German speaker with fluency in English. Additional languages are a plus
- Genuine interest or personal passion for the gay dating category — ideally as an active user
