Requirements

• Proven track record of driving exceptional product growth metrics
• Ability to build and lead high-performing growth teams that consistently exceed targets
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams, including product, lifecycle, and development
• Strong hands-on experience with analyzing funnels and fluency in metrics like activation rate, LTV, churn cohorts
• Technical background and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
