Role Overview
Support business development and client relationships for a construction team specializing in system hook-up and equipment installation within semiconductor facilities. Bridge communication between Taiwan HQ teams and U.S. clients while supporting project coordination and sales efforts.
What You Will Do
Support client relationships, assist with proposals and quotations, coordinate with project teams, act as a liaison between teams, attend meetings and site visits, track project pipeline and sales activities, and support cross-functional coordination.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in sales engineering, project coordination, or construction-related roles
- Background in construction, MEP, semiconductor, or equipment installation preferred
- Familiarity with system hook-up or industrial installation is a strong plus
- Strong communication and coordination skills in a client-facing environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting
- Willingness to grow within a developing U.S. team
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English (required)
