The Grand Wailea Resort in Maui is looking for a Houseperson to join the Housekeeping Team. The Houseperson will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining designated areas of the hotel, responding to guest requests, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
- Clean designated areas including restrooms, public areas, offices, and banquet/meeting/conference rooms
- Perform tasks such as dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, and cleaning/waxing floors
- Greet guests in a friendly manner
- Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects as needed
- Deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed
