Inside Sales Specialist

HouseWorks is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to convert private pay inquiries into clients across multiple markets and states. The role is responsible for guiding families through their options with confidence, clarity, and care, and partnering with operations, case management, and marketing to move prospects through the pipeline efficiently and consistently.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Inside Sales or Intake experience
  • Proven ability to manage high volumes of inbound inquiries while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience in sales, healthcare intake, or customer service
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of empathy, professionalism, and active listening
