Sales Operations Technology Manager
Location: Queens, NY (Hybrid)

Salary: $155-165k/annually (based on experience and education)
A dynamic international logistics and freight forwarding company is seeking a Sales Operations Technology Manager to lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of its sales and marketing IT systems, business intelligence platforms, and B2B portal services. This role includes managing a team of IT professionals and external consultants to ensure alignment with business goals, operational efficiency, and seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Engagement & Integration: Engage stakeholders to gather needs and align solutions with business and foundational requirements.
- Roadmap & Project Management: Define and drive service roadmaps, manage projects from planning to execution, and oversee a portfolio aligned with strategic goals.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide IT staff and consultants to ensure high performance, development, and collaboration.
- Service Operations & Continuous Improvement: Manage system enhancements, incidents, vendor performance, and drive automation, optimization, and compliance.
- Innovation & Compliance: Stay abreast of technology trends, maintain asset visibility, and enforce IT and data security policies.
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years in IT with 5+ years in people management
- Proven experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SugarCRM), quotation management, BI dashboard development (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik), and business portals
- Strong project/program management (Agile/SCRUM/PMP), ITIL foundation certification
- Experience in logistics or freight forwarding is a plus
- Conversational Mandarin is a plus
Work Schedule:
Hybrid | Queens Office | 9 am – 6 pm EST
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
