As an Account Manager/Customer Service Representative, you’ll develop strong relationships with key customer contacts, enhance customer relationships, and identify customer needs to design new programs or initiatives. You’ll also collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting, and become a subject matter expert on our products, processes, and operations.
