HPE Networking is the global leader in distributed enterprise networks. This role is for a Sales Engineer to work on Industry-leading technology including AI enabled, cloud-based networks, software defined networks and cybersecurity in some of the most advanced network deployments in Italy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of related pre-sales, technical sales experience
- Proven track record of the technical pre-sales engineering process and the sales processes applied to enterprise accounts
- Amazing presentation skills and the ability to discuss highly technical concepts to a variety of audiences, including executive level technical decision-makers
- Unbreakable customer relationships as a trusted advisor
- Experience presenting at technical road shows and Industry events
- Technical sales leadership for major opportunities and hands-on expertise for customer demonstrations and proof of concepts (PoC)
- A strong network of relationships outside of own area of expertise; focus on networking opportunities likely to be of considerable strategic or long-term value
- Strategic sales strategy building at the account / deal level
- Competitive knowledge, including solution, technology and product offerings
