The role focuses on optimizing processes, systems, and analytics to ensure predictable and scalable revenue performance, with a strong emphasis on sales operations, CRM management, and compliance.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM leadership in SaaS/RegTech.
- Strong expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce or equivalent).
- Deep understanding of AML/KYC/IDV compliance workflows and global regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to scale RevOps functions in fast-growth environments.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and data-driven problem-solving skills.
