At Citi, we are seeking an HR Reporting & Data Analyst to join our People Analytics & Insights team. The role will require expertise in data analysis, reporting, and management, with a focus on delivering actionable insights and transforming human capital data. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business intelligence tools and experience in handling sensitive data with high care.
Requirements
- Min 3 – 5 years’ of experience in handling data in a corporate environment
- Intermediate expertise in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools, such as Tableau
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets
