Role Overview
The Senior Sales Growth Lead is a strategic commercial role focused on enabling sales teams to be more effective. The role involves working alongside New Business and Existing Business teams to identify opportunities, improve customer engagement, and increase revenue. The Senior Sales Growth Lead will become a trusted commercial partner to the sales teams, helping them make better use of modern CRM platforms, AI, and commercial technologies to improve productivity and customer outcomes.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include partnering with sales teams to improve sales effectiveness and revenue growth, supporting the development and execution of account growth strategies, and recommending improvements to enhance commercial performance across the business.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a commercial enablement, sales enablement, account growth, business development, revenue operations or similar B2B commercial role
- Experience supporting enterprise or consultative sales teams
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer engagement
- Experience working closely with Account Managers, Business Development Managers or Account Executives
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- Experience using modern CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM or similar
- Experience coordinating personalized customer engagement and account-based sales activities
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot or similar to improve commercial productivity
