Role Overview
The Brand Manager analyzes financial reports to develop strategies that drive brand performance, explores distribution opportunities, and leverages technology to execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns. They lead cross-functional teams, ensure timely execution of initiatives, and train stakeholders to meet business objectives.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement brand strategies, manage product lifecycles, lead integrated marketing efforts, ensure brand consistency across retail channels, build and manage relationships with influencers and partners, and lead cross-functional teams.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate has a graduate degree in Marketing Management or a related field, at least 3 years of experience in the same capacity, and proficiency in MS Applications and Social Media.
Requirements
- Graduate of BS Marketing Management or any related course
- At least 3 years of experience in the same capacity preferably in the retail industry
- Proficient computer skills- MS Applications, Social Media
- Good oral and written communication
- Good interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and attention to detail and accuracy
- Has a sense of urgency and follow-thru
