Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in business development, sales, key account management role.
- Must have experience working within the logistics or FMCG industries.
- With at least 3 years of people management or leadership experience.
- Proven track record in acquiring and managing national accounts, preferably handling FMCG clients.
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to identify market opportunities, develop client-focused strategies, and achieve revenue targets.
