The Director of Operations will lead and manage the Sales, Sales Operations, and Business Development functions, ensuring strong alignment with the company’s overall strategy and revenue objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- At least 10 years of experience in sales operations, business development, and sales data analysis
- 5 years in a director-level leadership role within medium to large organizations
- Proven experience handling operations with 500–1000 FTEs
- Industry background in Motorcycle, Automotive, Retail, or similar environment is highly preferred
- Solid financial and commercial acumen
- Strong background in analyzing data and translate insights into actionable sales strategies and management reports
- Experience collaborating with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders
- Proven success in leading teams within fast-paced, high-growth environments
