Responsible for enhancing the solution sales capabilities of distribution partners, managing the GTM of distributed products, and supporting partners in achieving performance targets. Develops and implements solution strategies for cross-border VAPs and second-tier partners, improving their sales capabilities in new scenarios and solutions, and capturing strategic opportunities in C&I PV, storage, and charging sectors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Photovoltaics, or related fields.
- Relevant experience in sales, solution sales, channel management, or business development in the renewable energy sector is preferred; experience in the photovoltaic (PV) and/or energy storage (ESS) industry is an advantage.
- Knowledge of power electronics and PV-related systems is a plus.
- Strong command of English (spoken and written) is required; knowledge of a second European language (e.g. German, French, etc.) is an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
