HUB International is seeking a Cross-Sell Data Analyst to identify cross-sell opportunities within the producer’s book across all business lines for the region by analyzing internal and external data sources. The analyst will provide data-driven insights to enhance cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with national teams to support producer engagement and cross-selling initiatives.
Requirements
- Conduct in-depth analyses of producers’ books to identify potential cross-sell leads
- Utilize data mining and analytics/AI methods to generate key insights into prospects
- Identify trends within the data and provide actionable insights and recommendations for producers
- Generate reports in Power BI, Excel, and other tools based on collected data
- Build and maintain relationships with producers, the regional cross-selling team, and other business stakeholders
- Perform additional job-related duties as needed
