Inside Sales (Plumbing & Contractor Accounts)

Hubbard Supplyhouse is seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual to join our family-like atmosphere. We are a plumbing and irrigation supply house that also specializes in kitchen, bath, appliances, and lighting. The Inside Sales Representative (Plumbing & Contractor Accounts) partners closely with outside sales and operations teams to grow and support a portfolio of contractor and trade accounts.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 1+ year of sales or account support experience (preferably in a fast-paced environment)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with customers and internal teams
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a high-volume setting
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM/ERP systems)
• Proven reliability, professionalism, and follow-through
