The Regional Sales Director – Southeast-(MS, AL, GA, FL, NC, SC, TN) will be responsible for developing and growing the Investor-Owned Utility (IOU) Market strategy within an assigned region, managing a team of direct reports, and building a strong commercial presence in the IOU segment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Business with MBA preferred
- 5-10 years of business leadership and account development experience (required)
- Strong business leadership and interpersonal skills
- Extensive knowledge of the overall utility markets, distribution channels, and end-user account development
- Analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market data trends
- Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work independently
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to create and deliver presentations
