BDR – Latin America (Brazil Team) (P)

We’re seeking a Business Development Representative fluent in Portuguese and English to join our Latin America sales team based in Colombia. This role involves outbound prospecting, lead generation, and qualifying potential customers. The BDR position is part of a career progression track to prepare you for a future Account Executive role at HubSpot.

Requirements

  • Authorized to work in Colombia and native language fluency in Portuguese
  • Experience working with/in the Brazilian market
  • Previous successful sales experience or a strong desire to begin a sales career path as a BDR and account executive
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about succeeding in a metric-driven sales role
  • Articulate communication skills in both English and Portuguese
  • Comfortable making daily cold calls and spending part of the day on both the phone and email
  • Experience with sales tools such as HubSpot Sales Hub, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
