HubSpot is seeking a Sr. Program Manager of GTM Enablement to design and execute global sales enablement programs. This role focuses on optimizing and scaling HubSpot’s sales methodology program, aligning with the “HubSpot Way” framework, and improving seller effectiveness. The program manager will collaborate with Sales leadership, product marketing, and various teams to drive adoption, measure success, and improve sales performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, preferably within a SaaS or technology organization
- Deep sales methodology expertise, with demonstrated experience implementing, optimizing, or scaling sales methodology frameworks
- Prior sales experience with deep understanding of high performance in complex B2B selling environments
- AI fluency and proficiency using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini)
- Exceptional program management capabilities
- Outstanding stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information
