HUMAN RESOURCES PARTNER MANAGER

The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) seeks a HUMAN RESOURCES PARTNER MANAGER to independently manage human resources services to employees within a large complex department(s), college, or school. The successful candidate will collaborate with the VP, CIO, Dean, or Executive Director of Administrative Operations to coordinate and manage the fast-paced and ever-changing environment of Human Resources (HR) for a large department, school, or unit.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and ten (10) years of related experience
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other relevant degree and ten years of progressively responsible operations and/or human resources experience preferred
• Working knowledge of ORACLE HR processes and experience with UAB faculty and staff hiring processes strongly desired
• Grants and Contracts HR support is preferred
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, SharePoint, and ORACLE

Benefits

• Annual Salary: $73,945 – $120,165
