We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to own and grow a portfolio of strategic whitelabel partners, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across commercial, product, and technical teams. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role within B2B SaaS, with a track record of managing complex or strategic accounts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role within B2B SaaS
- Proven ability to own and grow key accounts
- Native or near-native French (C2.2) with strong professional communication skills in English (C1+)
