Customer Experience Banker

Role Overview

As a Customer Experience Banker, you will be a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships. You will provide excellent customer service, process customer transactions accurately, and balance daily.

What You Will Do

You will proactively identify financial goals and needs, recommend deposit and other banking products and services, and educate customers on consumer deposit products.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role
• Cash handling skills
• Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services
