Role Overview
As a Customer Experience Banker, you will be a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and needs, recommending products and services, and providing excellent customer service.
What You Will Do
You will provide excellent customer service, understand and educate customers on consumer deposit products, identify opportunities to grow customer relationships, and adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role
- 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales
- Cash handling skills
- Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services
