Role Overview
As a Customer Experience Banker, you will be a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships. You will provide excellent customer service, understand and educate customers on consumer deposit products, and identify opportunities to grow customer relationships.
What You Will Do
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, balance daily, and provide exemplary customer service. Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role
- Cash handling skills
- Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services
