Role Overview
As a Customer Experience Banker, you will be a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs.
What You Will Do
Provide excellent customer service, process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, and balance daily while providing exemplary customer service.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role
- Cash handling skills
- Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services
