Head of Marketing

We are seeking a Head of Marketing with deep performance marketing and GTM engineering experience to build and scale the company’s marketing engine.

Requirements

• Own and scale the company’s performance marketing and demand generation strategy
• Design and launch data-driven campaigns across digital channels
• Build automation-driven marketing workflows using modern GTM tools and AI-powered platforms
• Develop campaign attribution models and analytics dashboards
• Manage and optimize marketing budgets and CAC efficiency
• Experiment with emerging AI tools and automation platforms
• Work closely with GTM engineering teams to integrate Clay-powered data workflows and campaign intelligence
