Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative with proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and pipeline building to drive revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients.

Requirements

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach)
  • Identify and qualify high-quality leads within target markets
  • Book discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives
  • Manage and maintain CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) with accurate pipeline data
  • Develop personalized outreach strategies to engage decision-makers
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize messaging and campaigns
  • Consistently meet and exceed KPIs (meetings booked, pipeline generated, conversion rates)
  • Provide market feedback and insights to refine sales strategies
