Sales Development Representative – SEO Services

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with proven experience selling SEO or digital marketing services. This is a high-performance remote sales role focused on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and booking qualified meetings.

Requirements

  • Execute high-volume outbound outreach (cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn) to generate qualified leads
  • Identify and target companies that would benefit from SEO and digital marketing services
  • Engage key decision-makers (CMOs, Founders, Marketing Managers)
  • Qualify prospects based on budget, needs, and readiness to invest in SEO
  • Book high-quality discovery calls for Account Executives
  • Personalize messaging using insights around website performance, rankings, and traffic gaps
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Consistently hit KPIs for meetings booked and pipeline generated
  • 2+ years of experience selling SEO or digital marketing services (MANDATORY)
  • Proven outbound sales experience (cold calling, email, LinkedIn outreach)
  • Strong understanding of SEO concepts (keywords, rankings, backlinks, technical SEO basics)
  • Experience explaining and selling SEO value propositions to clients
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs
