We are hiring a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to take ownership of outbound pipeline generation and play a strategic role in revenue growth.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in SaaS SDR, BDR, or outbound sales roles.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding pipeline and revenue targets.
- Strong experience in mid-market and enterprise SaaS sales environments.
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and sales processes (ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, sales cycles).
- Advanced prospecting skills with tools such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, or ZoomInfo.
- Ability to run consultative, value-driven conversations with senior decision-makers.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor or support junior team members.
- Highly analytical and data-driven approach to outbound sales.
- Excellent communication, objection handling, and storytelling skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable in a high-performance remote environment.
