Hyundai Capital America is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to deliver data-driven, customer-centric digital marketing strategies and programs across the full customer lifecycle.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years’ progressive experience in digital marketing experience, CRM marketing, or lifecycle marketing
- Hands-on experience executing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, including Adobe Analytics
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or Figma
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or related discipline
- MBA a plus
- Working knowledge of current digital, digital media, and technology trends
- Deep understanding of content marketing, email marketing, and SEO marketing concepts and strategies
- Proven data-driven thinker with a creative mindset, equally comfortable analyzing metrics and generating novel ideas for effective digital marketing strategies
- Strong project management and Agile development skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to establish a high level of credibility with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to leadership
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Basic knowledge of SQL and/or Python
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Copilot)
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Strong orientation toward results coupled with reputation for integrity and sound judgment
- Must have the ability to challenge, when appropriate, existing practices
