Role Overview
The District Sales Manager, Insurance will develop, implement, and expand district sales initiatives and relationships with business partners to increase Hyundai Capital America’s presence and support for vehicle protection products.
What You Will Do
The primary focus is to attain HCA goals within the assigned sales district in areas such as dealer conversion, product penetration, and dealer sales relationship training.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of automotive retail management experience, proficiency in selling current F&I product suite portfolio, and outstanding field sales and dealer support skills.
Requirements
- 2-4 years automotive retail management experience
- 1+ year of F&I specific experience
- Menu selling utilization/experience
- Proficient in selling current F&I product suite portfolio
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Evidence of formalized F&I training
- Outstanding field sales and dealer support skills
